RCC Bursaries for Studies in Research Methods, Evidence-Based Practice, Clinical Audit and Service Improvement

We are pleased to announce that bursaries, each worth up to £750, are available for the 2025/26 academic year to enable RCC members to register for Masters-level modules in these topics, either as stand-alone modules or as part of an M-level award (MSc, MRes etc).

Applicants can identify any suitable M-level module offered by any higher education institution thus ensuring maximum flexibility in terms of where, when and how they study.

In addition to the value of acquiring and applying new knowledge and skills to clinical practice, the benefits of undertaking one of these modules include:

  • Access to the relevant University’s library facilities and resources for up to six months
  • M-level credits towards RCC membership progression
  • CPD-hours to satisfy statutory requirements
  • M-level credits towards a PGCert, PGDip or MSc qualifications should applicants wish to extend their studies (if the module is part of an academic award).

To apply for a bursary (for studies that commence between October 2025 and September 2026), please download the application form here. Complete and then return the form by email or post.

Please note the deadline for receipt of 2025/26 applications is 12 noon, on Tuesday 30th September 2025.
