Chiropractic Practice Assessment Questionnaire – CPAQ
If you wish to survey your patients to obtain feedback on your services we have developed a patient satisfaction survey which is available to our members.
Please contact us (referencing CPAQ in the subject of your message) to obtain a unique link for your clinic. The link can then be emailed to your patients or patients can complete the questionnaire on a tablet in the clinic, post appointment.
As a membership benefit, the feedback data obtained using this system is collected centrally by the RCC, analysed and shared with you. Participants are encouraged to openly publish the feedback data on their websites.
